One To One Coaching Sessions
A one to one session can focus on whatever challenges, goals or issues you are facing. Whether you are looking for loving and effective help to recover from trauma, loss, grief, health or spiritual crisis or are looking for assistance and breakthrough in relationships, confidence and creativity, I can assist you here to find a path forward in a non-judgemental and highly effective way.
We will meet for an hour online.

House Clearing/Organisation Sessions
Are you seeking a more minimalist, sustainable and simple life but don't know where to start? Are you suffering emotionally or spiritually and looking for guidance at how clearing and sanctifying your home can help?
With years of experience in helping others to organise and clear their homes to make life easier, healthier, happier and improve health and even selling your property or the end of a bad run of rental clients, we can discuss your needs to create a new start in your home that will liberate you.
We will meet online for a 1 hour session where we can go through clearing and organising your home in a deeper way. Together we'll uncover emotional blocks showing up in your home. We'll look at how you can make your dwelling place a sacred and beautiful haven and let go with love of any excess or confusion regarding what you have in it.
These sessions are very helpful if you are looking to move on after a difficult time in your life or seeking to get out of a rut and leave a painful or heavy past behind. So much of our 'identity' shows up in our home!

Working With Me
Over the last 16 years of working as a therapist, teacher, writer and coach, I have had the honour of working with women from a myriad of varied backgrounds and experiences. I have a big heart and passion for working with women who are dealing with trauma and trying to make sense of life after shock, big changes, break ups, illness or any other major life transition. You may feel you need help because you are just stuck and need direction...and that's okay too!
I've sometimes been called 'the coaches coach' because of my work with women leaders, creatives and influencers internationally over the years too.
As your coach, I see myself as an Anam Cara ( the Gaelic word for 'soul friend') and a worthy witness to explore and go beyond the deepest parts of your hurt and confusion. I am here to hold the safe space for you to walk through the challenges you face with total honesty and courage. My approach is no-nonsense, loving, kind and direct. I will ask the questions you might not want to hear and I will knock down the walls between you and your true self because simply put ... I am here to fight for your freedom. The freedom to be clear of the old stories and ideas that are holding you prisoner in an inaccurately small and challenging experience of life.
I also love to help women who are coming out of "new age" (for want of a better word) new thought, spiritual programming or any other spiritual indoctrination. As someone who was in that life for many years myself, I know the challenges that can be encountered when letting some of the stories and ideologies of that life go and the joy of finding freedom, simplicity and a new healthy-boundaried life when you come out of it. The results can be miraculous in every area of a woman's life from health, purpose, relationships, anxiety disappearing and so much more.
However, I am excited to work with you whatever your situation or belief may be. I provide a safe, confidential and non judgmental space for you to discover the truth for yourself and to let go of what is no longer working for you, (even down to organising your home if you would like help with that too!)
I have had a life-long love of arts and experience creativity and healing as working excellently together. As a born and raised country girl, nature is my long term love. It never fails to show us that our own lives are a work of intricate and beautiful art evolving from a loving Creator who can teach us so very much about living in a natural and un anxious state.
After many years in the music industry as a performer and recording artist and 16 years running a successful holistic therapy business, I had a profound change of life when I encountered the truth that is Jesus and became truly born again. This is something I had no idea would ever happen to someone like me! My new found faith has been the missing link in all my years of learning and seeking, it has strengthened my coaching skills and deepened my practise to know that we have a loving Father who truly is there to care for us. (However, as mentioned above you do not have to be a Christian to work with me.)
No matter what medium I use, my work is to point you home and to show you that you are not alone. We are here to grow beyond our limitations together and I am honoured to help you with the highest use of your time and life; to find out who you truly are and to experience the extraordinariness of the ordinariness of life so that you do not need years of fixes or therapy.
